Driving too slow stop leads to arrest of five on oxycodone trafficking charges

Manuel Barroso, 31, of Nashua, N.H.; Raul Fontana, 22, of Lawrence; Julio C. Herreira, 26, of New York City; Jose A. Rosario, 23, of Manchester, N.H., and an unidentified 17-year-old were arrested by state police after they were pulled over at 1 a.m.
