NHIAA Soccer, Volleyball Roundup: Central boys roll past Nashua North

Anuj Khadka collected a goal and an assist to lead the Manchester Central High School boys' soccer team to a 4-0 triumph over Nashua North in the preliminary round of the Division I tournament at Gill Stadium on Thursday.
Keegan Laberge, Anes Djema and Amar Dzelohovic also scored for third-seeded Central, which received seven saves from David Gagnon. Tim Clausson made 10 saves for Nashua North, the No. 14 seed.
Central, which has won the last two Division I championships, will face Pinkerton Academy on Sunday at Gill Stadium (2 p.m.)
Londonderry 4, Salem 3: In overtime, Nate Gaw scored the game-winner with the assist going to Justin Olin. Londonderry goalie Jeff Baroody had four saves. Cody Woods scored two first half goals for the Londonderry and Griffin Cowles made it 3-0 in the second half. Salem closed its season at 10-7.
Sanborn 1, Gilford 0: Midfielder Jon Brown scored 16:09 into the contest as 14th-seeded Sanborn team upset third-seeded Gilford.
Jackson Rowell assisted on Brown's goal.
Hopkinton 6, Somersworth 0: At Hopkinton, six second-half goals carried the top-seeded Hawks past No. 17 Somersworth in the Division III tournament's preliminary round.
Timberlane 3, Winnacunnet 2: In Plaistow, the Owls were sparked by goals from Tyler Donovan, Ben Enos and the game-winner from Cameron Allaire in the 70th minute.
Exeter 3, Bedford 0: At Exeter, the fifth-ranked Blue Hawks pulled away with two second-half goals from Carlos Barron. Austin Kimball had the lone first-half goal. Kimball, Buddy Carr, Graham Peterson and Joe D'Andreti each had one assist. Exeter goalie Ben Cresitello-Dittmar gained the shutout win with three saves.
Pinkerton 5, Merrimack 1: At Derry, Kyle Hicks scored twice as the sixth-seeded Astros eliminated the 11th-seeded Tomahawks in the Division I preliminary round. Sean Muller, Phil Lerner and Dave Parrott also scored for Pinkerton.
Pembroke 6, Plymouth 1: At Pembroke, Aaron Locke scored three goals and Parker Health tallied twice to help third-seeded Pembroke prevail in the Division II tournament's preliminary round. Johnathan Demeritt scored for 14th-seeded Plymouth.
Lebanon 1, John Stark 0: At Lebanon, Tanner Singleton's overtime goal carried fifth-seeded Lebanon past 12th-seeded John Stark in the Division II tournament. John Stark goalkeeper Mike Prindiville made nine saves.
Derryfield 5, Portsmouth Christian 0: At Manchester, Austin Hammer scored two goals to lead third-ranked Derryfield School of Manchester (14-2-1). Jared Schoneberger tallied one goal and two assists and Zoe Romo added a goal and one assist. Jack St. Jean scored one of Derryfield's four first half goals. Derryfield goalies Tommy Cissel and Drew Johnson combined on six saves for the shutout win.
Woodsville 6, Concord Christian 0: At Woodsville, Derek Maccini tallied two goals for the top-ranked Engineers (15-1-1).
Souhegan 4, Goffstown 2: At Goffstown, Devan Casey tallied a hat trick and Mike Hayden added one more on a penalty kick for the Sabers (9-8-0). Mike Simons and Henry Seidel scored for Goffstown (8-7-2).
Hanover 3, Memorial 1: At Hanover, the top-seeded Marauders received two goals and an assist from Xavier Tchana and fended off No. 16 Memorial in the Division I tournament. Daniel Hazlett also scored for Hanover. Memorial received 11 saves from freshman Shawn Cawley.
Portsmouth 4, Coe-Brown 2: At Portsmouth, the sixth-seeded Clippers received four goals from Kyle Siverts and eliminated 11th-seeded Coe-Brown.
Con-Val 1, Trinity 0: At Peterborough, Ian Szep's overtime goal handed seventh-seeded Con-Val the victory against 10th-seeded Trinity in the Division II preliminary round.
Raymond 3, Bishop Brady 2 (2OT): In Raymond, senior Tad DiPietro scored in the second sudden death period in the 99th minute for the game-winner. DiPietro headed home a corner kick from Mike Schollererr. Bill Harmon, who had a first half goal, sent the game into overtime when he scored an unassisted goal in the 71st minute. Brady took a 2-1 lead on goals from J.P. Memcovich (11:24) and Mitch Stuart in the 66th minute. Raymond goalie Collin Deyarmin had 10 saves and playing well in defeat with 14 saves was Bishop Brady goalie Dylan Thomson. Raymond travels to Alton to play Prospect Mountain on Sunday at 2 p.m.
Inter-Lakes 3, Epping 0 (25-15, 25-14, 25-19): Leading the way for the Lakers were Jordan Donohue (18 kills, 10 digs) and Lydia Swedberg (16 points, 10 digs). Jenny Pelczar registered 11 points and Hayley Roth collected 27 assists. Eliza Kucera had three aces, nine kills and six digs for 8-9 Epping. Olivia Goodrich added 11 assists and four digs for the Blue Devils.
Merrimack 3, Nashua South 0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-22): Merrimack was led by Jen Coffey who had 10 digs and 18 kills. Jo Coffey added 36 assists.
Belmont 3, Farmington 0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-18): Megan Bailey collected 27 assists and Alyssa Woods added seven kills. Louisa Bergeron collected 10 kills and Shannon Conway added five kills. Jessie Bergeron collected 28 digs.
Goffstown 3, Pinkerton 0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-23): Goffstown was led by Jess Williamson (14 kills 16 digs), Rene Roggenbuck (10 kills 5 aces) and Kendra Siemiaz with 23 assists and 16 digs. Olivia Mathieu had 19 digs for Pinkerton and Kelsey Cummings added 18 digs.
