Manchester Mayor Gatsas says more need to be talking about bed bugs for problem to be addressed
“It’s a problem that needs a louder voice,” Gatsas said Monday. “We’ve got to do something to eradicate them.”
Gatsas said education is the best means of addressing the pest. A new state law goes into effect on Jan. 1 that sets deadlines for landlords to address complaints about bed bugs. It also makes tenants financially responsible for some infestations.
