Manchester bank branch on Hooksett Road robbed

Manchester police released this image of the man wanted for robbing the Bank of America branch on Hooksett Road Monday afternoon. 

MANCHESTER - The Bank of America branch on Hooksett Road was robbed early Monday afternoon by a man who gave a teller a note demanding money, police said.

No weapon was shown during the robbery at 135 Hooksett Road, police said. It took place about 1 p.m.

The robber was described as a white man of average build and 5-foot-9 to 6-foot-1.

He wore a black, zippered jacket, light-colored cargo pants and white sneakers. He wore a light-colored ball cap with designs, large aviator sunglasses, and black and white Mechanix brand gloves.
