Convicted drug dealer arrested in Nashua on more drug charges
NASHUA - A convicted drug dealer is under arrest again on charges he possessed and sold oxycodone in the city.
Kyle Palanski, 34, of 14 Parker Drive, was arrested Tuesday on four counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, second offense, and one charge of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, also a second offense.
Police said Palanski was arrested as a result of an investigation conducted by the department's Narcotics Intelligence Division.
The investigation also led to the arrest of Jason Waye, 40, of 7 Greenleaf Circle, Merrimac, Mass. on one charge each of possessing oxycodone and methadone.
What's next: Palanski is being held on $100,000 cash bail pending arraignment Wednesday in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division. Waye is free on $10,000 cash/surety bail pending a Dec. 19 arraignment.
