UPDATE: Dover toll plaza appears undamaged after Tuesday crash

After firefighters extricated Graves from the Kia, she was taken to Wentworth Douglass Hospital for the treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Afterwards, she was arrested at the hospital, according to police.

DOVER — A local woman was arrested Tuesday on driving while intoxicated after crashing her car into the Route 16 toll plaza, state police said.
Amanda Graves, 23, was heading north about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday when she lost control of her car and hit a concrete barrier, which flipped the car over, police said. The booth, which was not manned, was extensively damaged, police said.
Graves was taken to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital for treatment of injuries suffered in the accident, police said.
