Volunteers sought for discipline committees

The New Hampshire Supreme Court seeks volunteers to serve on the committees that make up the New Hampshire Attorney Discipline System.

While applications are welcome at any time, there will be openings for attorneys and non-attorneys on the Professional Conduct Committee and the Hearings Committee beginning in January 2014.

There is a particular need for non-lawyer committee members. A description of the Attorney Discipline System and of the role of each committee, as well as an application, can be found on the Attorney Discipline System website: http://www.nhattyreg.org/volunteer.php.

Anyone interested in being considered for appointment to a committee should complete an Attorney Discipline System Committee Application and submit it to: Janet F. DeVito, General Counsel, New Hampshire Supreme Court Attorney Discipline Office, 4 Chenell Drive, Suite 102, Concord 03301 by Dec. 12.
