Bedford man arrested on drug possession counts

GOFFSTOWN — A Bedford man was arrested Sunday on drug possession charges after police allegedly found more than $40,000 worth of drugs in his car during a traffic stop, police said in a news release.

Police said Andrew N. Snitgen, 26, was pulled over on Route 14 about 1 a.m. Sunday and that “the officer developed information which led him to believe there were drugs in the vehicle.” A police dog found cocaine, marijuana and the club drug “Molly” in the car, along with a semiautomatic handgun and about $1,000 in cash, police said.
