H.S. Hockey Tournament Roundup: Pinkerton rallies for tie against Biddeford

Pinkerton rallied from a three-goal deficit in a 4-4 tie with Biddeford, Maine, on Saturday in the Tuscan Kitchen Holiday Tournament at the Icenter in Salem.

Astros sophomore Tyler Poole scored four minutes into the second, then freshman Josh Barton got his first career goal with 1:23 left in the second to cut the lead to one.

Biddeford answered three minutes into the third but Pinkerton juniors Ryan Monte and Gio Corsetto scored as the Astros tied their third and final game of the tournament.




Heuching Swift Memorial Hockey Classic: At Durham, Kieran Lombard scored the lone Dover goal in a 3-1 loss to Martha's Vineyard, Mass. Mike Comeau and Nick Hudson notched assists. Nick Martinen had 22 saves for the Green Wave.
