Litchfield man, 72, charged with indecent exposure

LITCHFIELD — A 72-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to three young girls.

Vivencio Gamones, of Litchfield, has been charged with one count of indecent exposure, a misdemeanor, for the incident.

According to police, Gamones is accused of recently dropping his pants and exposing himself to three girls between the ages of 7 and 10. Police said that one of the girls told a parent, and the parent notified authorities on Jan. 7.

"This appears to be an isolated incident," police said in a release.

Gamones' bail was set at $2,000 personal recognizance, and he is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 6 at the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack District Division.

Anyone with information about similar incidents are asked to contact local police at 424-4047.
