The U.S. Marshals Service District of New Hampshire/Joint Fugitive Task Force has named Benjamin E. Sprague as New Hampshire's fugitive of the week.

Sprague, 27, is wanted on warrants from Peterborough police for a charge of aggravated felonious sexual assault.

He is described as 5 feet 8, 190 pounds, with hazel eyes and blond hair. He has tattoos on his chest and upper right arm and scars on his back, left shoulder, and right eye. He has connections throughout southern New Hampshire, including Merrimack, Litchfield, Peterborough, Jaffrey, Swanzey and Keene.

The U.S. Marshals Service advises the public not to attempt to apprehend a fugitive, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, report any information to the U.S. Marshals Service's Concord office at 225-1632.
