Man accused of dealing heroin in Merrimack

MERRIMACK — Police say they have arrested a significant dealer of heroin in the Merrimack region.

On Friday, authorities arrested Denard Debruhl, 34, of 908 Columbia Circle on three counts of the unlawful sale of heroin and one charge of possession of a narcotic drug with the intent to distribute.

Debruhl, along with his girlfriend and two children, have been residing at the commercial business park at 908 Columbia Circle, according to police. The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force was recently able to purchase undisclosed quantities of heroin from Debruhl at that location, police said.

“A large quantity of heroin was located inside the living area of the business,” police said in a release. “Debruhl is believed to be a significant dealer of heroin in the Merrimack area.”

He is being held on $200,000 cash bail and will be in court on Feb. 6 for a probable cause hearing at the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack District Division.
