Merrimack man charged with receiving stolen property

MICHAEL LAMOUREAUX

NASHUA — A Merrimack man is facing a felony charge after stolen items sold at a second-hand business in Nashua were traced back to him, police said.

Michael Lamoureux, 21, of 75 Back River Road, was arrested Saturday afternoon and charged with receiving stolen property, a class A felony.

Several items valued at more than $1,500 were reported stolen by a Merrimack resident. Merrimack police detectives tracked the stolen property to a second-hand shop in Nashua.

Lamoureux is free on $10,000 cash/surety bail pending a Feb. 11 arraignment in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
