Mass. fugitive arrested in Manchester
Adam Montgomery, 24, of 176 Hall St., was wanted as a fugitive on a warrant issued by the Middlesex County Superior Court in Massachusetts on the assault and battery charge.
The U.S. Marshals Service located Montgomery and asked Manchester police for assistance in arresting him.
Once he was in custody, Montgomery was taken to the Elliot Hospital for treatment of pre-existing wounds, according to Manchester police.
He was then brought to the Manchester Police Department where he was booked and later transported to the Valley Street jail. He was arraigned Wednesday morning in 9th Circuit Court, Manchester District Division, where he waived extradition and will be returned to Massachusetts.
