Manchester detectives investigate shooting


MANCHESTER — A 51-year-old man was shot early Tuesday while he was in his apartment building, police said.

Donald Kaplan, of 494 Wilson St., was being treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The shooting took place in the eight-unit apartment building just before 1 a.m., authorities said.
