Merrimack man cleared of burglary and other charges


NASHUA — A Merrimack man has been cleared of all charges related to an arrest in April 2013.

Kevin Hale, 44, of 18 Turkey Hill Road, recently had charges of criminal mischief and burglary nolle prossed by the Hillsborough County Superior Court, according to court records. According to court documents, all of the charges were officially annulled by the court system on Jan. 29.

The charges stemmed from an incident in September 2012 when police claimed Hale damaged a vehicle, broke into a downtown business and smashed a window.
