KEENE — Four men and two women have been indicted by the Cheshire County Superior Court grand jury with charges ranging from first- degree assault to riot and robbery in connection with a violent incident that took place in the early hours of Nov. 1 on Railroad Street.

Several men including a Marlborough firefighter were seriously injured in the attack.

Kevin T. O’Leary, 18, of Keene, was indicted on two counts of first-degree assault, three counts of robbery, two counts of second-degree assault, one count of riot and four counts of criminal use of self-defense spray.

Jacob Erickson, 21, of Fitzwilliam was indicted on four counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of robbery, one count of robbery and one count of witness tampering.

Kristopher Chagnon, 18, of Keene was indicted on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, robbery and riot.

The women, Krystal O’Brien, 19, Kristin Walsh, 28, both of Keene, were indicted on one charge each of riot and robbery.

An indictment is not a ruling of guilt, but a determination by the grand jury that prosecutors have enough evidence to move forward with a trial.
