Rochester police say sex offender failed to register new address

ROCHESTER — A registered sex offender was arrested Saturday for not notifying police of a new address, police said.

Police around 10 a.m. arrested Bryan Noe, 45, of 78 Hemingway Drive, on a charge of duty to report.

Noe faces up to seven years if convicted.

Police said Noe changed the address he was living at and didn't notify police.

He was bailed on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and faces arraignment March 17 at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
