Bar association offers free foreclosure clinic

MANCHESTER — The NH Foreclosure Relief Project will be hosting a free public foreclosure clinic in Manchester from 2 to p.m. March 5 at the Manchester City Library.

Homeowners who attend the clinic will meet one-on-one with an attorney who specializes in mortgage and foreclosure cases to formulate a plan to avoid, cope with or fight foreclosure, depending on individual circumstances.

Seating is limited, and pre-registration is required. To register, contact Vanessa Beauchesne, project coordinator of the NH Foreclosure Relief Project at the NH Bar Association, at 715-3255 or register by email at FRP@nhbar.org.

Funded by a portion of New Hampshire’s share of the national mortgage settlement, the NH Foreclosure Relief Project is a collaboration of the NH Bar Association’s Legal Services Department, New Hampshire Legal Assistance and the Legal Advice and Referral Center of New Hampshire.
