Farmington high principal will not face criminal charges

FARMINGTON — Farmington High School Principal Matthew Jozokos will not face criminal charges on accusations he threatened three students, according to a news release from the Strafford County Attorney's Office.

"After review of the investigation completed by the Farmington Police Department, it is concluded that there is insufficient evidence to charge Mr. Jozokos with the crime of criminal threatening," the release said.

Jozokos was alleged to have made threatening comments to three students over two years while he was dealing with disciplinary issues with them, the release said.
