I-93 at a standstill in Hooksett-Concord area

CONCORD -- Rush-hour traffic is at a standstill on Interstate 93 between Concord and the Hooksett tolls, according to New Hampshire State Police.

"There's no crashes, it's just slow going," said state police spokesman Lt. Nicole Armeganian about 5 p.m. She said the southbound side seemed to be more gridlocked than northbound. There are few crashes on the highway; most of the problems deal with vehicles off the road, she said.
