Police seek robber of Nashua convenience store

NASHUA — Police are looking for a bearded, middle-aged man who held up Lake Street Convenience Store Friday evening.

Police were called to the store at 49 Lake St. around 5 p.m. The store clerk told police a man had approached the counter and demanded money from the cash register, claiming to have a gun.

The robber left the area on foot on Ash Street.

He was described as light-skinned, with a dark goatee or beard, of average height and build, and wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, white socks and sandals.
