Tap your Feat

Sunday, 2 p.m.
See a performance by the Little Feat Duo with Paul Barrere and Fred Tackett this weekend at the Flying Monkey Performance Center in Plymouth. Paul Barrere and Fred Tackett first played together on the album "Dixie Chicken" some thirty-five years ago and since then have played together or individually on numerous recording sessions for Little Feat and countless others including Bonnie Raitt, Taj Mahal, Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, Dionne Farris, and the Wallflowers, to name a few. Little Feat were hailed, all too briefly in the late 70s, as one of the finest bands in the land. "Waiting for Columbus," the Feat's Frampton-like double live release, solidified their reputation as tight, energetic performers capable of scaling amazing heights. Their distinctive style of country with a boogie beat made Little Feat the band to meet. Tickets start at $29.
