MANCHESTER — Verizon Wireless is recruiting for 41 open full-time retail and sales positions in New Hampshire, part of a larger hiring effort across New England to add 330 new employees throughout the six-state region.

The opportunities are based throughout the state, and candidates may apply online by visiting, the company announced Friday.

The positions offer salaries and benefits, including health care coverage that begins on the first day of employment, and participation in the company’s 401 (k) program with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to six percent of an employee’s salary contribution.

Verizon Wireless, which employs more than 250 in New Hampshire and 2,500 throughout New England, said it also offers employees tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance and bonuses. “Our employees are at the core of who we are, and we know New Hampshire offers a pool of top-quality, highly skilled talent,” said Christine Berberich, president of New England for Verizon Wireless, in a statement. “Verizon Wireless is a growing company in an exciting industry, and we are hiring here in New Hampshire to ensure we continue to deliver the outstanding experience our customers expect.” Verizon Wireless has been named one of the best companies for working moms by Working Mother for 13 straight years. Computer World lists the company as one of the “100 Best Places to Work in IT.” Verizon Wireless completed $245 million in wireless network enhancements across New England in 2013, increasing the company’s regional network investment to $3.6 billion since its inception in 2000.
