Two lawyers refused to rewrite will to leave fortune to Portsmouth officer

Before Geraldine Webber signed a 2012 will and trust, so she could transfer the bulk of her $2.5 million estate to a Portsmouth police officer, three local lawyers were asked to change her will, but did not. Two of them declined to rewrite the 94-year-old woman's will, citing concerns about her competency and her relationship with the police officer.
