Nashua man accused of 5 counts of sex assault
NASHUA — A city man is under arrest, accused of sexually assaulting a boy last year at a Nashua residence.
Michael Paquin, 61, of 37 Raven St., was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with five counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, a class A felony; one count of felonious sexual assault, a class B felony, and one complaint of simple assault, a class A misdemeanor.
The alleged assault was reported to police on Feb. 21. Paquin allegedly sexually assaulted the boy, who is under the age of 13 and who he knows, between September and December of last year.
Paquin is being detained on $75,000 cash bail pending arraignment Monday in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
