Intown Manchester’s executive director announces resignation
Martha Roveda, who took the job last July, will stay on until June, said Denis Dancoes, chairman of the Intown Manchester trustees. Dancoes said the job will be posted in the coming week.
Roveda took over the job after longtime director Stephanie Lewry retired after nearly 15 years with the organization. Roveda had been the former director of real estate for the St. Louis public school system. She had moved to the Manchester area when her husband was transferred for his job.
“She has determined that she desires to be more involved in the business of real estate and economic development,” he wrote. “She has helped make Intown Manchester a stronger organization and we wish her well in her future endeavors.”
