Police in Mass. say Nashua woman rammed boyfriend's Harley

CHELMSFORD, Mass.— Police arrested a Nashua, N.H., woman after she allegedly drove her Toyota RAV4 into her boyfriend’s Harley-Davidson motorcycle Friday.

Valerie Mapes, 57, of 18A Pierce St., Nashua, was charged with malicious destruction, according to police. She was charged at the felony level because the damage was more than $250.

The incident happened just after noon in the parking lot of Hannaford’s Supermarket on Drum Hill Road.

Police said Mapes and the motorcycle’s owner “had a relationship.”
