Bailed Rochester shoplifter shoplifted again, police say

ROCHESTER — An East Rochester man, arrested for an April 16 shoplifting incident, was arrested again Monday for another alleged theft that occurred at Walgreen's on Saturday, the same day police took him into custody the first time.

Dominic Beraldi, 20, of 2 Abbott St., was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging him with a class B misdemeanor of willful concealment, alleging he shoplifted on April 16 at K-Mart.

Late Monday afternoon, police again arrested Beraldi on another willful concealment charge alleging he shoplifted at Walgreen's on Saturday, after his arrest for the K-Mart incident.

As a result, Beraldi also is charged with contempt of court because he allegedly violated bail conditions by being arrested again.

Beraldi is being held without bail pending an 11 a.m. arraignment Tuesday in the 7th Circuit Court, Rochester District Division.
