Not long ago, his lawyer told a New Hampshire paper what Loles' life was like behind bars, where he has been since 2009 as he awaited his fate. Loles is “a broken man,” said Jeremiah Donovan, the attorney. “He is divorced. His family is down South and doesn't visit. He lives a lonely life in jail. All of his friends have deserted him. His life has been utterly destroyed.”
