Nashua woman charged with shoplifting, hit-and-run


HUDSON — A Nashua woman was arrested Tuesday on charges she drove away from the scene of an accident after shoplifting at the Hudson Walmart store.

Allison DeJesus, 28, was trying to get away from the store about 4:20 p.m. Tuesday when she hit another car on Lowell Road, police said. Nobody was injured in the accident, police said.

She drove into Nashua and was caught by Nashua police, who transferred her to Hudson police, they said. She was charged with theft, reckless conduct, falsifying evidence, disobeying a police officer and conduct after an accident.
