HAMPSTEAD — Local professionals and leaders of nonprofit organizations are invited to attend a free business networking event next week presented by the Greater Derry-Londonderry Chamber of Commerce.
The event is scheduled to run from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at The Wine Steward, 201 Route 111, Stacey Bruzzese, executive director of the chamber, said in a news release.
“The outreach event is specifically calling for all local business owners to participate in an effort to connect with other business professional within their community, as well as learn a little bit more about the opportunities and resources available through the chamber of commerce,” Bruzzese said.
The event will include wine tasting, networking, business tips and raffle prizes.
Any Hampstead business owner, or Hampstead resident working outside of the area but wishing to connect with hometown professionals, is invited to attend, Bruzzese said.
In addition to local Hampstead business owners and operators, the chamber will bring key members from their organization, including directors and committee chairmen, to help answer questions regarding events, offerings and mission of the chamber.
The chamber last presented a networking event in the fall in Windham. This marks the first time it will be held in Hampstead, Bruzzese said.
Space for this event is limited. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Anyone interested in participation should contact the chamber office at 432-8205 or by email at Info@GDLChamber.org.
