Fugitive of the Week: Peter H. Legault

The U.S. Marshals Service District of New Hampshire/Joint Fugitive Task Force has named Peter H. Legault as New Hampshire’s fugitive of the week.

Legault, 39, is wanted on warrants from Carroll County Superior Court for failure to appear on a charge of burglary.He is described as 5-feet-9, 168 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair. He has scars on his right cheek and right forearm, and tattoos on both arms , his left thigh and ankle and right calf. He was last known to be living in the Moultonborough area, where he has friends and family, but his current whereabouts are unknown.

The U.S. Marshals Service advises the public not to attempt to apprehend a fugitive, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, report any information to the U.S. Marshals Service’s Concord office at 225-1632 or call 1-877-WANTED-2 or text “NHTIP” with any information to TIP411.
