Hooksett police arrest man for homemade inspection sticker

HOOKSETT — A homemade inspection sticker on a vehicle being driven Tuesday morning on Donati Drive caught the attention of a patrol officer who stopped the driver.

Police said Don Lacourse, 53, of Manchester, had a handmade sticker with no official markings on the windshield. He was arrested for being in possession of a false inspection sticker.

Later, after officers inventoried property in his vehicle, they said they found a small amount of marijuana. Lacourse subsequently was charged with being in possession of drugs.

He is free on $3,000 personal recognizance bail, pending arraignment June 25 in 6th Circuit Court, Hooksett District Division.
