Nashua man facing DWI, reckless conduct charges

REZNIKOW

MERRIMACK — A Nashua man is being held on $20,000 cash bail on accusations he drove drunk and recklessly on a homeowner's property at 769 Daniel Webster Highway.

Police received a call Tuesday about 3:15 p.m. concerning someone driving a blue Honda van recklessly and damaging the Daniel Webster Highway property. The caller said when he approached the van, the operator almost struck him.

Officers were unable to find the van, which left the area, although they broadcast its description and plate number to area police agencies.

A short time later, Londonderry police went to a domestic call on Hadley Road, where they stopped the same Honda van which, police said, had substantial damage.

The driver, later identified as Jacob Reznikow, 26, of 59 Ash St., Nashua, was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital for injuries police described as not life-threatening.

Reznikow later was released to police, who charged him with felony reckless conduct, driving while intoxicated, domestic assault and criminal mischief.

He is to be arraigned Wednesday in 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack District Division.
