State Police: Arizona motorist drove more than 100 mph on I-93

CANTERBURY — An Arizona woman has a court date in Concord in August after state police said they clocked her driving 111 mph on Interstate 93.

Denise Collins, 41, of Scottsdale was charged with reckless driving and following too close after Trooper Jay LaPointe clocked her by laser late Sunday afternoon driving a white Range Rover at the high speed in a posted 70 mph zone.

State police said the Range Rover was stopped after it rapidly came up behind other traffic.

Collins is to be arraigned Aug. 4 in 6th Circuit Court, Concord District Division.
