Concord police arrest eight on drug warrants

CONCORD — Concord Police Friday announced the arrest of eight Concord residents on warrants from the Drug Enforcement Unit and released the names of three others for whom there are active warrants.

Two people were served with arrest warrants at the New Hampshire State Prison. Christopher Head, 33, is charged with one felony count of sale of a controlled drug (heroin), while Anthony Petricca, 46, is charged with six felony counts of sale of a controlled drug (heroin). Cash bail was set for both men, who are being held on parole violations.

Cirsten McKim, 39, was served at the Belknap County House of Corrections & Jail with a warrant charging felony sale of controlled drugs (methamphetamine). She is currently being held on other charges.

Four people were arrested at their homes: Nicole Gregory, 20, South State Street, two felony counts of sale of controlled drugs (heroin) and a misdemeanor of theft; Kyle Morrison, 20, Elm Street, four felony counts of sale of controlled drugs (heroin); Larry Cole, 32, East Side Drive, four felony couts of sale of controlled drugs (heroin), and McKenna Marshall, 19, South State Street, one felony count of sale of controlled drugs (heroin).

Christopher Leavitt, 39, homeless, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on four felony counts of sale of controlled drugs (heroin). Police said several grams of heroin were found in his possession during his arrest, so he was charged with one felony count of possession of a controlled drug. He was also ordered held on a parole violation.

Police also have active warrants for three people and are asking anyone with knowledge of their whereabouts to contact police at 225-8600 or to call or text the Concord Regional Crimeline at 226-3100 or submit information online at www.concordregionalcrimeline.com or Txt TIP234 and their message to CRIMES (274637).

The three individuals with active arrest warrants are: Tyler Counter, 29, last known address on North Spring Street, who fled on foot when officers sought to arrest him in the area of 12 East Side Drive, one felony count of sale of a controlled drug (Suboxone); Emily Lamontagne, 20, Goffstown, two felony counts of criminal liability for the conduct of another-sale of controlled drugs (heroin) and Sheyenne Bishop, 20, Weare, two felony counts of sale of controlled drugs (heroin).
