Lowell police hit Nashua man with slew of gun charges for handgun locked in car at family funeral

Eddie Pagan, who was attending the funeral of a family member, came outside and unlocked the car to allow police to seize the gun. Although Pagan, 23, of Nashua, N.H., had a license to carry a firearm in New Hampshire, he wasn't licensed in Massachusetts.
