Lauren Thibodeau of Hampstead captured her fourth straight New Hampshire Women’s Golf Association Junior Championship with a one-stroke victory over Chelsea Sedlar of Nashua Country Club Thursday at Manchester’s Intervale Golf Club.

Thibodeau carded a four-over-par 77. At age 14, she already has four junior championships.

No one has ever won four straight NHWGA junior titles. Thibodeau, a member of the Windham Country Club, is still eligible to play for the junior championship through her 17th birthday.

Last year at Intervale, in spectacular fashion, Thibodeau birdied five straight holes, finished her round with a tourney-record 2-under-par 71 and won by nine strokes over runners-up Sedlar and Kaitlyn Lutinski of Campbell’s Scottish Highlands of Salem.

On Thursday, Sedlar was two strokes better than last season, but it still wasn’t enough to topple Thibodeau. Placing third with an 82 score, five shots back, was Lutinski.

Ashley Tewksbury of The Oaks of Somersworth (90), Erin Dello Russo of Hoodkroft of Derry (91), Hayley Reed of Beaver Meadow of Concord (97) and Drew Hannah of Bretwood of Keene (99) rounded out the field.

In the Junior 9-hole division tournament, Jasmine Javanbakht of Green Meadow of Hudson scored a winning 54 score and edged Aislin Murdock of First Tee of New Hampshire (56) and Hannah McCain (57) of Den Brae of Sanbornton. Rowan Perkins of First Tee of New Hampshire (65) and Lauren Barry of Derryfield CC of Manchester (76) rounded out that field.

In the Mini Division, Shivani Vora of Pease Golf Club of Portsmouth won her tournament with a 39, one stroke better than Eva Gonzales of Green Meadow.

Tied for third place at 49 were Kaitlyn Ford of First Tee and Kaylee Lintner of Hooper Golf Course of Walpole.

The rest of the field included Jackie Ruggles of Concord CC (57), Lilly Bogue of First Tee (57), Caroline Driscoll (62) and Gabriella Whittier (65), both of Wentworth-By-The-Sea of New Castle, and Gabriella Shetreet of First Tee with a 66 score.

The winner of the Cricket Division was Julie Allan with a 32.
