VHB appoints Bousa to board
BEDFORD — Civil engineering firm Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. has added Robin Bousa to its board of directors.
Bousa is principal and director of transportation systems in VHB’s Bedford office. She will serve a three-year term on the Board, which expires in April 2017.
Bousa has 28 years’ experience in traffic engineering, 19 of which has been with VHB. Her work has focused on developing transportation systems that facilitate improved traffic flow, as well as obtaining state and local transportation permits for both public and private land development projects.
AutoFair wins for video award
The Telly Awards has named AutoFair Automotive Group as a winner in the 35th Annual Telly Awards for an online video commercial produced in-house. The contest attracted nearly 12,000 entries from all 50 states and numerous countries. Andre Kujawa of AutoFair produced a commercial featuring a New England Patriot football fan dressed for game day with Patriot face paint and football.
After the fan is pointed by the bus driver to the rear of the bus, he finds himself unexpectedly boarding a bus full of New York Jet fans dressed in Jet game Jerseys. The spot transitions to the voice talent saying about the Patriot fan, “Ready for a new ride?”
The Telly Awards, founded in 1979, honors local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, video and film productions, and online commercials, video and films.
Rivier president joins board
CONCORD — Sister Paula Marie Buley, president of Rivier University, has joined the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Board of Directors. Sister Buley, an Immaculata University graduate who earned her Ed.D in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania is a member of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Prior to joining Rivier University in 2012, Buley served in many senior roles at Anna Maria College, Mount St. Mary University, Immaculata University and is the former executive vice president of administration at Seton Hall University.
Pike joins TD Bank as manager
CONCORD — TD Bank has named Keith G. Pike as vice president, relationship manager in government banking, based in Concord.
He is responsible for managing and overseeing banking relationships, including cash management, credit and depository, serving municipal entities and clients throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. Prior to joining TD Bank, Pike held a similar position at Citizens Bank in Manchester.
Ives joins Retirement Alliance
MANCHESTER — Andy Ives has joined Retirement Alliance as a regional pension consultant. Ives will oversee sales efforts in the Southeast Territory. Ives will contribute to the New Hampshire-based company from his Jacksonville, Fla., office.
He brings more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Hansen joins BuyaTimeshare.com as sales manager
MERRIMACK — Online timeshare resale and rental advertising company BuyaTimeshare.com has hired Dan Hansen as the company’s new sales manager for its Merrimack office.
A graduate of Winnacunnet High School in Hampton, Hansen is a native of New Hampshire and brings extensive sales experience to BuyaTimeshare.com from online real estate firm Trulia, where he served as a business development adviser.
He previously an airborne infantryman with the U.S. Army.
