Minuteman Health opens NH headquarters
MANCHESTER — Minuteman Health, the member-governed, nonprofit health insurance plan set to begin selling products in New Hampshire in 2015, has established its state office at One Sundial Ave., Suite 512, in Manchester.
“We are pleased with how our network is coming together and we look forward to offering New Hampshire residents and small businesses some great new options in the coming year,” said Glenn Klink, executive director of Minuteman Health New Hampshire, in a news release.
Minuteman is marketed through its website, brokers, Health Services Administrators (www.HSAinsurance.com), and the Massachusetts Health Connector. Minuteman recently gained its license to sell insurance products in New Hampshire beginning Jan. 1, 2015.
State Farm moves to new Salem office
SALEM — State Farm Insurance has relocated to 22 North Broadway (Route 28).
Owned and operated by David Newman, State Farm Insurance offers home, auto, life and health insurance and will occupy the North Broadway property along with Bank of America.
The multi-year lease was handled for CMAB Associates II LLC and David Newman by Harry R. Shea of Shea Commercial Properties Inc.
Michael’s Market under new ownership
SALEM — Michael’s Market located at 5 Lawrence Road has been sold.
LingLing Gan purchased the business and will continue to operate it as Michael’s Market.
The market offers sandwiches, dinners, take-out food and specialty desserts.
The sale transaction was handled by Harry R. Shea of Shea Commercial Properties Inc.
