HUDSON — A local man is under arrest, accused of firing a gun inside his Bockes Road home, sending a round through his neighbor's wall.
No one was injured in the incident. Three people were inside the 9A Bockes Road duplex about 6:45 p.m. Thursday when police said Joshua Griffin, 34, of 9B Bockes Road, fired the gun.
Police sent out a reverse 9-1-1 call to residents when, they say, Griffin fled the scene.
A K-9 unit was brought in to track down Griffin, who eventually was found nearby in the area of Hopkins Drive. He was arrested without incident.
Police obtained a warrant to search his residence and seized items. They did not disclose what they took, citing the active investigation.
They also declined to release the names of the people inside the 9A Bockes Road side of the duplex at the time of the incident.
Griffin is charged with three counts of reckless conduct; criminal restraint; criminal threatening; being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon; falsifying physical evidence and resisting arrest.
He is to be arraigned Friday morning in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
