Nashua man charged with identity fraud in credit card case

NASHUA — A city man is accused of identity fraud for allegedly opening up a credit card in another resident's name and then racking up thousands of dollars in charges on it.

Derek Marois, of 11 Fletcher St., was arrested Wednesday on the Class A felony charge.

He is free on $5,000 personal recognizance bail, pending a Sept. 2 arraignment in 9th Circuit Court - Nashua District Division.
