Fourth arrest this week at Nashua DMV for use of false documents
NASHUA - A fourth person was arrested this week at the Nashua Department of Motor Vehicles office trying to use false documents to obtain a New Hampshire driver's license, according to a state police press release.
A person claiming to be Helton Jose Marin Perez, 32, of Manchester, was charged with multiple counts of tampering with public records and unsworn falsification while at the DMV office Friday morning, the release said. Police are still trying to find out his true identity, the release said.
Since last Friday, Marin Perez is the fourth person to be arrested on allegations of using fake documents to get a license. Rigo Rodriguez was arrested last Friday, while Jose Miguel Alvarado, 25, and Leisa Yarelis Tejeda Pimentel, 24, were arrested on Tuesday.
