Manchester Crimewatch: City man has dates Thursday in two courts

MANCHESTER — Tommy Walsh was arraigned on felony charges of possession of a narcotic in Manchester District Division, Circuit Court on Thursday. He was then taken down to the first floor to address child support issues in Family Court.

Walsh, 43, of 103 Putnam St., was arrested Wednesday on Shasta Street, where he allegedly had in his possession cocaine, suboxone, oxycodone and heroin. He could enter no plea to the felony charges of possession of a narcotic in Circuit Court, so a probable cause hearing was set for Aug. 27, when a judge will determine if there is sufficient evidence to send the case to the Hillsborough County North Grand Jury for possible indictment.

He pleaded innocent to a misdemeanor charge of second offense operating after suspension, and trial was set for Sept. 16. Bail for Walsh was set at $2,000 cash/surety.

Third charge a felony

Sasha Delorme, 26, who lists the homeless shelter as her address, asked a Circuit Court-Manchester District Division judge for personal recognizance bail on a felony charge of receiving stolen property.

Delorme is accused of having a Coach purse and driver’s license belonging to another person in her possession March 7. Police prosecutor Sgt. Stephen Reardon told Judge William Lyons that a bail commissioner who set $500 cash/surety bail for Delorme was not aware the charge would become a felony due to Delorme’s criminal history.

Lyons, noting Delorme is out on bail on a Hooksett charge, left the bail at $500 cash/surety.

A probable cause hearing was set for Aug. 27.

Bail revocation hearing set

A bail revocation hearing is set for today in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division for Jennell Thompson. She allegedly violated bail conditions on July charges of assault, threatening and mischief by returning to her ex-boyfriend’s residence and allegedly committing new crimes while there.

Thompson, 30, no known address, was arraigned Thursday on new charges stemming from her alleged return to her ex-boyfriend’s Gates Street residence on several occasions this month.

The new charges include a felony of witness tampering, for allegedly trying to get him to not appear at her upcoming trial; assault charges, for allegedly grabbing him by the throat and face and knocking him to the floor, and head butting him in the face; stalking, for reportedly entering the Gates Street residence on Aug. 7, 11 and 13; criminal mischief, for pulling off his glasses and damaging them, and threatening him, saying: “I’m going to have people come and take care of you.”

Charged in mall theft

Skylar Garcia, 18, of 345 Belmont St., could enter no plea Thursday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to a felony charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Garcia is accused of going to the Mall of New Hampshire and, over a 72-hour period, taking items, valued at $691.32, from three stores.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Stephen Reardon said Garcia has no criminal record, but asked that bail be maintained at $1,000 cash/surety.

Garcia asked Judge William Lyons for personal recognizance bail, telling him: “I have no family here.” She said: “I know what I did was wrong.”

Lyons, noting Garcia last lived in Cincinnati and has only been in Manchester for two weeks, left the bail at $1,000 cash/surety. A probable cause hearing was set for Aug. 27.
