Police seize 52 marijuana plants in Hill

HILL — State and local police said they seized 52 marijuana plants during a search of a local home on Thursday.

According to a news release, the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit and the State Police Troop D executed a search warrant at 492 Borough Road in connection with a drug investigation involving the crime of manufacturing marijuana. Police seized the plants from indoor and outdoor growing locations at the property. They estimated the street value at $78,000, according to the release. State police say they have identified a person involved in the operation, and charges are pending. They would not provide additional information.
