City's lawsuit against Portsmouth rooming house moving slowly
PORTSMOUTH — City Attorney Bob Sullivan said progress on a lawsuit the city filed against the owner of a Brewster Street rooming house in March has been slow in coming because the City Council does not want the facility closed.
