Children of store clerk who died following Christmas Eve robbery seek justice
EPPING — The children of a Cumberland Farms store clerk who died of a heart attack after he was allegedly robbed of cigarettes last Christmas Eve say they're pleased prosecutors are seeking prison time for the accused thief, even though their father isn't considered a victim in the eyes of the law.
