G4 Communications employs about 20 people, mainly split between a data center on Sundial Avenue and offices on South Maple Street, he said.
“Manchester and Nashua, that region is a growth market for us,” Capuano said. “We’re intending to grow that business.”The acquisition is expected to close in the next 30 to 45 days. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
“They have a lot of services they offer today, and we want to take those services and apply those to our fiber network,” Capuano said.
“In many locations, the only thing coming into the building is copper,” he said.
