The U.S. Marshals Service District of New Hampshire/Joint Fugitive Task Force has named Scott and Genevieve Kelley as New Hampshire’s fugitives of the week.

The Kelleys are wanted on warrants issued in October 2005 on charges of kidnapping and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. They are accused of taking Mary Nunes, now 18, from her custodial father and fleeing the country. Nunes is seen at right in an age-progression image. Genevieve Kelley, 50, also known by the last names Nunes and San Martin, is described as 5-feet-7, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She is a medical doctor. Scott Kelley, 49, is 6-feet-2, 190 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes. He is a school teacher.

The case is being featured on CNN’s new “The Hunt” Sunday evening.

The U.S. Marshals Service advises the public not to attempt to apprehend a fugitive, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, report any information to the U.S. Marshals Service’s Concord office at 225-1632 or call 1-877-WANTED-2 or text “NHTIP” with any information to TIP411.
